Creamy Honey Chilli Halloumi Chicken & Chorizo Pasta

300g pasta
1 chicken breast, sliced
120g chorizo, sliced
150g halloumi, cubed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1½ tbsp honey
1 tbsp chilli sauce or chilli flakes
150ml cream
½ cup pasta water
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped
Directions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender and reserve some pasta water before draining.
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until lightly golden.
Add chorizo and fry until slightly crispy.
Add halloumi cubes and cook until golden on the edges.
Stir in garlic, honey and chilli sauce and cook 1 min until fragrant.
Pour in cream and a splash of pasta water.
Fold in pasta and toss 2–3 mins until creamy and well coated.
Finish with fresh herbs before serving.
