1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 tbsp butter or olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp salt

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables:

Heat butter or olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
