Cajun Tortellini with Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites

Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

20 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Directions

Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Add the grated Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly.

Add cooked tortellini and the seared chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the creamy Cajun garlic Parmesan sauce.

Sprinkle chopped parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes over the top. Serve hot and enjoy every creamy, spicy bite!
