Deviled Ham Puffs

4 1/2 ounce ham
1 teaspoon onion
1/2 teaspoon celery, salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup sifted flour
2 eggs
Cheese optional
Directions
Combine ham, onion, celery, salt, mustard, and 1/3 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour. Beat until smooth. Return to heat and beat until it boils. Add eggs, one at a time. Let’s stand for 15 minutes. Drop batter into oil by teaspoon. Oil should be 365°F.
