1 lemon, divided
5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper
4 Tbsp. butter, divided
1/3 cup minced shallots
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 cup dry white wine (or broth + splash of white wine vinegar)
1 cup dry orzo pasta
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
How to Make It:
1️⃣ Toss shrimp with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, lemon zest, 2 garlic cloves, ¾ tsp. kosher salt & ½ tsp. black pepper.
