Three Ingredient Cookies (Found on the web, from 1870s)

125g unsalted butter (~1/2 Cup)
100g dark brown sugar (~1/2 Cup)
150g self-rising flour (~1 Cup)
Directions
Knead ingredients together by hand.
Make sure everything is well mixed and you can make a ball of the dough.
Let it rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Make small round balls (25) (15g each) and lay them down on a baking tray with baking paper. Space about 2” apart. (check melon baller sizes)
Pattern with fork if desired. Sprinkle with dusting sugar if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes at 300°F
