Extra Umami Pot Roast

2 Pounds Large piece of chuck roast
1 Packet Kinder Sunday Roast Seasoning
6 Gold Medium Potatoes
2 Extra Large Carrots
1/2 Cup White Pearl Onions
2 Cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Cups Beef Bone Broth
Directions
Peel and cube potatoes and carrots and peel the pearl onions. Set aside.
Put large pot to heat on high setting.
Season chuck roast with 1/4 of the kinder seasoning packet.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and sear both sides of chick roast. ~5 Minutes each side for my favorite super seared taste.
Add vegetables to pot and cream of mushroom soup.
Add equal parts bone broth and water until meat and vegetables are covered.
Add 1/2 the packet of seasoning (1/4 of a packet will be left over) and stir.
Bring pot to a boil, cover and turn lower heat to a simmer.
Simmer for between 4 and 6 hours, any more and the meat dries out.
Use a ladle to serve portions including a chunk of meat in each bowl.
Notes
When you're copping vegetables try to predict how long it will take you to finish. You can switch to have the meat searing while you chop veggies. It takes me about 15 minutes, those pearl onions are so annoying.
