For the tenders:

Garlic powder

Salt & pepper

2 cups crushed corn flakes

2 eggs

For the southwest ranch:

1/2 cup (120g) non-fat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp light mayo

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 small garlic clove

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp salt

1–2 tbsp water (to thin to drizzle consistency)

Blend until smooth and creamy

1 tbsp minced garlic
