4 cups rice
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast
1 bag of peas and carrots
1 medium onion
3 green onions
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Beat eggs and add dash of salt.
Cook chicken and set aside, then cook eggs and set aside with chicken.
Add 1T oil to wok and stir fry onion on medium high for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Stir fry rice for 3 minutes with rest of oil, add green onion for the last minute.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper
Add chicken, egg, onion, and green peas.
Remove from heat and add sesame oil.
