Directions
Add a motherload of FRESHLY grated parmesan both to the sauce and onto each plate. Please do not use pre-grated parmesan 🥺
Ingredients:
300 grams of spaghetti
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
5 fresh garlic cloves, cut into slivers
1 cup of parmesan, grated
3/4 cup of heavy cream, room temperature
Pasta water, as needed (save lots — it’s insurance)
4 tablespoons of butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
