Ingredients

Dry ingredients

3 cups rolled oats

1 cup slivered almonds

1 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

Wet ingredients

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 cup vegetable oil

3/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoons cinnamon

1 cup Raisin or Dried Cranberries (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl

Mix together wet ingredients in a measuring cup or small bowl

Pour wet ingredients into the large bowl containing the dry ingredients. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour mixture onto 2 sheet pans.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.

Optional - Add raisins or dried cranberries after the mixture has baked

Allow to cool. Then store in a sealed container.
