Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup

Ingredients

10 cups of water

7 chicken bouillon cubes

1 teaspoon of salt

1 and 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes

2 teaspoons of garlic paste

1 lb of russet potatoes sliced about three large

1lbs of ground Italian sausage

1 large white onion diced

1 bunch of kale torn in small pieces discard stems

1 cup of heavy cream

6 tbsp of bacon bits

Directions

And a large stock pot put first six ingredients cook on medium heat stirring occasionally.

Saute sausage and onion until sausage is brown add two pots along with kale simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until kale and potatoes are tender.

Add cream and bacon bits and simmer for 10 minutes
