1/4 cup tahini

juice 1 large lemon

1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

2-3 garlic cloves

2-3 tbsp cold water

steak:

about 1 pound steak, cut into cubes (I used top round)

season with salt & pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup butter

3-4 cloves garlic

top with:

pickled red onion

crumbled feta cheese

chopped fresh dill

toasted pita
