6 whole eggs

2 egg whites

Turkey (optional)

1 cup spinach

4 ounces prepped lean ground

2 tbsp monetary jack cheese

V 1/2 cup roasted peppers

Sprinkle of Lawry's seasoning

Directions

Pour into a cupcake pan (light spritz of nonstick spray) Bake at 375° for 25 minutes!
