Loaded Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients

1 ½ cups nonfat Greek yogurt (pretend it’s healthy)

8oz whipped cream cheese (the best cream cheese)

1/2 cup sour cream

1 ½ cups chopped dill pickle (don’t you dare use sweet)

3/4 cup crumbled bacon

2 tbsp chopped dill

1 small shallot, diced (yes, it matters)

1 tbsp crushed red pepper (optional if you hate fun)

4 oz shredded sharp cheddar

2 tbsp chipotle hot sauce

1 packet ranch powder (Midwest holy water)

Directions

Mix the yogurt, whipped cream cheese, and sour cream until it looks smooth and creamy

Dump in the rest of the ingredients and stir until it looks spoon-feed worthy

Let it chill in the fridge for 2+ hours so the flavors can get freaky together.

Serve with club crackers or potato chips and watch people lose their minds.
