Ingredients

Pulled pork is one of my most favourite things BUT it can be quite high in fat so when I’m in my calorie deficit a simple swap to chicken is PERFECT!

For serves 4

600g chicken breast @musclefooduk šŸ”

8 flatbreads šŸ«“

120g reduced fat mozzarella cheese, grated šŸ§€

Sauce:

2tbsp bbq seasoning

1tbsp tomato puree šŸ…

1 ½ Worcestershire sauce

1tbsp honey šŸÆ

2 garlic cloves, crushed šŸ§„

1 ½ soy sauce

1 ½ balsamic vinegar

250g passata

1.Combine the sauce ingredients in a jug

2.place your chicken into the slow cooker with the sauce ingredients and 100ml of water.

3.Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6.

4.Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred then stir through the sauce.

5.Add the chicken and mozzarella to your flatbreads. Pop into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes for your cheese to melt and enjoy. We have two each and sometimes ever have a few potato wedges or salad with them!
