Ponzu, Garlic, Chile Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

1/2 cup ponzu sauce

4 garlic cloves

Three pinches chile threads

3 tsp Paprika

Salt

4 chicken thighs

2/3 c white wine

Frozen bag of fries

Directions

Put ponzu, minced garlic, salt, chile threads in ziplock with scored chicken thighs for 20 min-40. Take out, preheat to 425, put in Pyrex. Bake 25 min. Put in room temp wine gently. Put tray of fries with paprika on them in oven at same time. 15 min later remove. Plate and serve.

Fries are best in a garlic aioli, toum, etc.
