Frozen Yogurt Bark with Pomegranate & Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

2 cup Greek Yogurt

1 tablespoon Caster Sugar

1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds

1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

2 tablespoon Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Directions

Into the Greek Yogurt (2 cups), mix the Pomegranate Seeds (1/4 cup) and Dark Chocolate Chips (1/8 cup). Add Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp) if needed.

Pour onto a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet, spreading it out to be about 1/4 inch (1/2 cm) thick.

Sprinkle with Pomegranate Seeds (1/4 cup), Dark Chocolate Chips (1/8 cup) and the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (2 Tbsp).

Freeze for a few hours, until hard. Using a knife or hard spatula, break the bark into chunks. Transfer to an airtight container and store in freezer.
