Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

6 cups white sugar

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/3 cup, high-quality cocoa powder

2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon salt

8 eggs

2 cups of vegetable oil

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions

Mix, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla and whisk in sugar and salt. Sift flower, powdered sugar and cocoa powder and add to the wet ingredients until Incorporated. Fold in dark chocolate chips and bake in a parchment lined pan for 35 to 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and cut into small squares and dust with powdered sugar.
