Mexican Soup

- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup small pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
- Can of chicken or left-over chicken.
Optional: 1/4 cup mixed veggies
Directions
1. In medium-sized sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat.
2. Sauté pasta until lightly golden.
3. Add broth, tomato sauce, spices, and chicken
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low.
6. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
7. Broth will get absorbed as it cools, so if you have left overs you may need to add more broth when you reheat.
