Dill Pickle Dip

Cream cheese
Dill pickles and dill pickle juice
Plain Greek yogurt
Fresh dill
Minced garlic
Cayenne pepper
Potato chips and/or veggies, for serving
Directions
In a medium bowl, use a rubber spatula to cream the cream cheese.
Stir in the pickles, yogurt, pickle juice, dill and garlic until well combined. Add cayenne pepper, to taste- just a dash or two.
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, and garnish with more pickles and fresh dill.
Tips and Substitutions:
I suggest serving this dip with firm potato chips. Flimsy potato chips won’t hold up well to dipping into this chunky dip.
Use some good, firm dill pickles for this dill pickle dip. Chop them up finely.
Add a little cayenne pepper at a time, until the dip has the amount of heat you’re looking for. Or you can leave it out entirely.
