Salty Godfather

Ingredients

2 ounces blended Scotch, preferably Monkey Shoulder

3/4 ounce Amaretto Adriatico

2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)

Directions

Add the Scotch, amaretto and bitters to a mixing glass, add ice and stir until chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.

Express an orange peel over the top of the glass, and discard.
