Chickpeas (1 can)

6 oz Goat Cheese

2 tbsp heavy cream

Parsley

Red Wine Vinegar

Balsamic Vinegar

Salt (sea salt, basil sea salt work)

Pepper

Directions

Add the goat cheese and heavy cream to a bowl and beat with a hand mixer or vigorously beat with a whisk until it becomes light and fluffy.
