Chicken Shawarma

2-3 chicken breasts
2.5 tbsp Olive oil
1.5 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Coriander
2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Aleppo Pepper
Directions
Pound chicken flat in a gallon ziplock bag. Add dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. Close bag and shake/knead to combine. Remove most air from bag and place in refrigerator for at least 1 but up to 6 hours.
Preheat grill using 3 burners until 450-550 degrees. Add chicken to grill and cook for 2-3 minutes/side.
Remove from grill and rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
