1 1/2 c. corn meal/masa harina
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 tbsp sugar or equiv. maple syrup (optional)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, stir in wet until well mixed. Add to well-greased pie pan/9x9 pan/10" cast iron skillet, bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
