Crab Meat Au Gratin

Ingredients

2 onions, chopped

2 bell peppers, chopped

1 stick of butter

Saltgrass Steakhouse Seasoning or Tony’s

Pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

¾ block of Velveeta cheese

¾ can evaporated milk

1 stick cream cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ container sour cream

1 lb cooked crab meat (or desired amount)

Shredded cheese (for topping)

Directions

Sauté Veggies:

In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add chopped onions and bell peppers. Season with Saltgrass or Tony’s, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until soft and fragrant.

Make the Cheese Sauce:

In a separate pot (or same skillet if large enough), add Velveeta, evaporated milk, cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Stir over medium heat until smooth and creamy.

Combine:

Stir in the cooked crab meat. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

Broil & Serve:
