Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Beef Noodles

500 g Diced beef
4 cloves Garlic (Crushed)
1 tbsp Fresh ginger (Grated)
8 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
5 tbsp Oyster sauce
6 tbsp Honey
6 tbsp Tomato ketchup
450 ml Boiling water
250 g Dried noodles
1 Green pepper (Sliced)
160 g Sugar snap peas (Halved)
Spring onions (Chopped)
1-2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Directions
Put the diced beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, ketchup, and 150ml of water into the slow cooker and stir well.
Place the lid on the cook on HIGH for 3.5 hours or LOW for 5.5 hours.
When the beef is tender, add the remaining 300ml of boiling water, the dried noodles, the sliced pepper and sugar snap peas to the slow cooker.
Stir everything together well, replace lid and cook until the noodles are just cooked, about 30 minutes. (You may need to stir as it cooks a couple of times.)
Serve with the spring onions and sesame seeds scattered over the top.
