Chicken Fajita Rice

10oz chicken breast (sliced into pieces)
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
Squeeze of 1 lime
1 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
1 & 1/2 cup cooked rice (approx. 0.5 uncooked)
120g fat free greek yogurt (add more or less for how creamy you want it)
2 tbsp light cream cheese
1 tbsp any hot sauce
60g shredded light mozzarella cheese
Directions
Add sliced peppers, onion and chicken to a bowl with lime juice, seasonings and oil. Mix well.
Cook on medium heat for 6-8min until chicken is cooked through.
Add cooked rice, hot sauce, Greek yogurt, cream cheese and mozzarella. Mix well until combined and heated through. Serve.
