Instant Pot Aloo Keema

2lbs (1kg) ground beef, I prefer lean 90/10 but can use 80/20 or any kind
1 packet Shan Keema masala
1 tablespoon oil
1 large onion diced
2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons ginger paste
3 medium tomatoes diced
2 potatoes or 1 large diced
3 green chilies diced
Handful cilantro chopped
1 cup frozen green peas
Directions
Put instant pot on Saute mode on HIGH and add oil, allow to heat up
Add onions, saute for 2-5 min until slightly brown
Add ginger and garlic paste, saute for 1 min
Add ground beef, break up the mince with spoon
Add shan masala packet and continue to break up the meat until small pieces
Add tomatoes, potatoes mix well
Add frozen peas, but do not mix, allow to sit on top
Switch instant pot to pressure cook (manual on some models) mode on HIGH for 1 minute. Can quick release pressure after 5 minutes or natural release the pressure
Add chopped cilantro and chopped green chilies
Serve with rice pilaf, plain basmati rice, or roti / naan
