1 Eye of the round roast

Directions

• Rinse off meat

• Brown all sides in a skillet with a little oil (optional)

• Place in an aluminum pan.

• Salt and pepper

• Cover with foil

• Bake 55 minutes per pound at 350

• Check last hour for browning and remove foil if more browning needed
