Eggs

Finely chop the broccoli.

Sauté it in olive oil, then add a little water and let it soften.

Directions

Add the spring onion and shape it like in the video.

Place the cheese in the middle and crack the eggs on top.

Add a little water again, cover the lid, and cook until done.
