1 slice country bread, about ½ inch thick

Mascarpone

Small handful ripe raspberries

Fragrant honey, such as lavender or orange blossom, at room temperature

Directions

Lightly grill or toast the bread. Spread with mascarpone. Top with the raspberries and drizzle a little honey over the top.
