Cocktail Air

This technique is such an easy way to elevate ANY cocktail!

This is a template which you can simply plug and play with ingredients of your choice. I love airs for their nearly weightless feel that delivers aromatics, flavor or visual flair.

150 ml Juice or Flavors or Whatever’s

1-2 grams Lecithin Powder

The less powder the smaller and softer air, the more, the firmer it will hold.

Whisk to combine well and then use an aquarium fish tank pump with an air stone. My pump and stone cost $10.
