Single Serve Berry Yoghurt Bake

INGREDIENTS (serves 1) 👩🏻🍳
60g high protein yoghurt
1 medium egg
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp honey
small handful berries
Directions
preheat the oven to 180oc
Mix together the yoghurt, egg, flour and honey and transfer to an over proof dish
Top with your berries and cook in the oven for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and enjoy warm and top with some extra honey
Notes
