4 Ingredient Almond Clusters

Ingredients

1 ½ cups sliced almonds or any other nuts chopped

3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Add maple syrup to sliced almonds, vanilla and salt.

Mix well and press into a 12 mini cup muffin tin sprayed with vegetable oil.

Bake for about 18 minutes.

Refrigerate or freeze just until cold. Use a knife to pull out clusters.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerated. Enjoy!
