Apres Ski Fondue

3 c Swiss Cheese, grated
3 c Gouda, grated
1 ½ Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 tbls flour
1 clove garlic, slip and peeled
3 c dry white wine
Salt to taste
Dash white pepper
Nutmeg to taste
Directions
Bread cut in 1” cubes
Combine cheeses with flour.
Rub fondue pot with garlic. Add wine, and heat at low temperature until bubbles begin to rise (DO NOT BOIL).
Add cheese, a handful at a time, stirring after each addition until cheese is melted and smooth.
Continue to stir as you add seasonings. Transfer fondue pot to preheated table equipment.
Spear bread on fondue forks and swirl in cheese mixture.
