Tazza Kale, Lemon, Chile Salad

Ingredients

4 oz grana padano cheese

6 oz lemon juice

1 1/8 cups olive oil

1/2 tbsp salt

1/4 tbsp black pepper

1/2 tbsp chile pequin

Pine nuts and grana shaving garnish

Package baby kale

Directions

Add all but pine nuts to blender. Makes large batch. Put over baby kale and garnish.

Notes

Makes large portion of dressing- can freeze
