Chili Sauce

8 quarts peeled and chopped tomatoes cooked down
6 chopped pimentos
8 Hot peppers
8 chopped onions
4 tablespoons of salt
4 cups vinegar
4 to 6 cups sugar
Directions
Use food processor to chop the pimentos, hot peppers, and onions.
Cooked tomatoes down, then add the peppers, salt, onions, and vinegar. The last half hour add the sugar. Cook at least two hours until thick and stir often.
