Some kind o spicy pepper (jalapeño or Serrano)

Cilantro

Directions

1) unwrap & boil tomatillos until they become bright green (a few min)

2) cut onion & pepper roughly and broil or grill

3) add everything to vessel (as well as like a clove of raw garlic and the cilantro) & blend or molcajete everything to the desired smoothness
