Holiday Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 cup chopped pecans

3 sliced bananas

2-11 ounce cans of mandarin oranges

3 medium chopped apples

1/2 pound seedless grapes

1-15 ounce can of pineapple chunks

Syrup:

Pineapple juice

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons flour

1 egg beaten

1 tablespoon of lemon

Directions

Syrup:

Add all the ingredients for the syrup minus the lemon juice, to a sauce pan. Cook until thicken. Add the lemon juice.

Add fruit and chill. Use the same day.
