Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

1 ½ ripe bananas

½ cup oats

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

¼ tsp baking powder

½ tsp vanilla

dash of cinnamon

dash of salt

½ cup dairy-free milk

Optional Toppings

banana slices

peanut butter

chocolate chips

flakey salt

Directions

To a blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend until you get a runny batter.

Transfer the batter to an oven-safe dish. Top with banana slices if you wish. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350*F.

Note: You can split the batter between two small bowls and make two servings, or add the full batter to a single larger bowl.

Top with more fresh banana slices, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and flakey salt if you wish! Enjoy🤍
