Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

¼ ripe banana (mashed)

¾ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 tablespoon pumpkin purée*

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon chia seeds

2 teaspoons pecans or walnuts (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mason jar or container with a lid. Seal and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy for a quick breakfast in the morning.
