Ingredients

1/2 kg chicken fillet

1 white bread

1/2 liter chicken broth

Coffee milk

Peruvian yellow chili (or habanero) and red chili powder

2 hard-boiled eggs and black olives for garnish

Lettuce for the base of the dish

2 onions and about 4 or 5 garlic cloves

Salt and ground pepper to taste

About 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions

Cook the fillet in water and broth for 20 to 30 minutes, separate the cooked chicken from the broth and set aside

Soak the bread in pieces in the broth and a little milk (about an hour), then blend and set aside

Shred the chicken and set aside
