Ingredients

1 prebaked half pan shortbread

3 tablespoons lemon zest

3 cups white sugar

8 whole eggs

1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cups all purpose flour

Directions

In a parchment lined pan prebake shortbread crust

Mix lemon zest, lemon juice, eggs, sugar, and flour in a pan and pour over crust. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes and 350° oven cool and cut into squares dust with powdered sugar.
