Glazed Baby Carrots

1 1/2 cup water
2 lbs baby carrots
4 TBS butter
2 TBS honey
1/2 tsp dry dill
1 tsp dry thyme
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp onion powder
Directions
Pour water into IP and insert steamer basket.
Put rinsed carrots in basket, close lid and select high pressure for 4 minutes with a QR when done.
Transfer carrots to a bowl and pour water out of pot, drying it completely before replacing it. Select SAUTÉ setting on IP, add butter, melt it then add other ingredients and mix well. Return the carrots to the pot, stir well until coated and sauté for 1 more minute.
Taste for seasoning and add more if needed.
Notes
You can melt butter in a pan on the stove, adding ingredients and then the carrots vs using the IP on sauté.
