High protein cookie dough. I’ve shared this recipe in the past but bringing it back (with some tweaks) because it’s my current hyper fixation. As someone who aims to eat around 130g a protein a day - this is a delight and can fit into my fitness goals 💃
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (vanilla is honestly better but I didn’t have any)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
splash of honey +vanilla extract
1 tbsp chickpea or almond flour
1 handful of chocolate chips (I use @lilys_sweets for a healthier, lower sugar swap)
PRO TIP: put it in the freezer for a bit before you eat so it thickens up. I got too excited when I filmed this and forgot😂 whoops. Save it for later!
