NANA’S MEATBALLS

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 Ib ground turkey
• 4 egg yolks
• 2/4 cup dry bread crumbs
• 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 1½ tsp garlic salt
• 1 tsp oregano
• ½ tsp pepper
Directions
Place ground beef & turkey, egg yolks, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, oregano, and pepper in mixer bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to Speed 2 and mix for 1 min.
Form mixture into balls and put on baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 10 min. Put into whatever sauce you like. (Barbeque sauce, spaghetti sauce, etc.,) Cook in sauce until meatballs are fully cooked.
