2 egg yolks
3/4 of a cup of full fat milk
Directions
Place you milk into a saucepan on the stove and bring it to the boil then turn off the heat.
Seperate your egg whites and the yolk into a bowl (you can keep the whites and use them later. You can even freeze them).
Whisk your yolks in the bowl. Now keep whisking and slowing add in your hot milk.
Once the milk has been added to the bowl, transfer it back to the sauce pan and place in back on the stove on a low heat.
Continue stirring on the stove until it has thickened.
Now remove from the heat and add in any additions you want to flavour it.

Mashed pear, vanilla and oats
Grated carrot, almond butter and avocado
Roasted beetroot, peanut butter and hemp seeds
Puree spinach, apple and blueberries
