Cauliflower with Almond Butter

Ingredients

1 small cauliflower

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup slivered blanched almonds

Directions

Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until tender. Drain; keep hot. Heat butter and saute almonds in it until golden brown. Place cauliflower in hot serving dish. Top with almond butter.
