Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

2 large eggs

½ cup oat flour or all-purpose flour

¼ cup maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt

Cinnamon sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.

Blend cottage cheese and eggs until completely smooth.

Stir in flour, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Spoon or pipe batter into donut cavities.

Bake 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.

Cool slightly, add toppings, and enjoy!
